Lagos chose João Cajuda to be the face of the promotional film for his summer campaign. With the motto #WhereAreYouJoao, the video begins by exploring some of the most striking international places that traveler João Cajuda has traveled over the last few years, to, from there, presenting Lagos as a top destination, based on the diversity of landscapes, gastronomy, nature, heritage and the quality of the beaches.

The brand campaign is now starting with a focus on social networks, being directed to the national market and the main European markets.

With this action, the aim is to reinforce the destination as a place to enjoy with time, quality and without crowds. This is highlighted in the various images of this project.

According to those responsible for the campaign, the choice of João Cajuda “represents the way Lagos wants to be perceived: a quiet city, with a great diversity of options and extremely photogenic, like the destinations where João usually travels”.

In a year still marked by the pandemic, Lagos does not forget the importance of everyone's civic behavior. In this sense, the entire campaign is backed by an awareness seal, which reinforces the message “We are all part of the solution”, a message that will be reinforced locally using outdoor advertising media.
