Local elections will take place on September 26, announced today Mariana Vieira da Silva, Minister of State and Presidency Mariana Vieira da Silva, at the end of the Council of Ministers meeting.
"The Council of Ministers set today the date of September 26, 2021 for the holding of general elections for the representative bodies of local authorities," he said.
Municipal elections will elect those responsible for local authorities for the next four years.
