A show by Helena Madeira Trio Tavira and Luís Conceição will take place on Saturday, June 5, in Luz de Tavira, with transmission via Municipality Facebook, under the program Tavira Primavera D'Artes.
Helena Madeira's show is a symbiosis between classical and ethnic instruments, where the harp is sovereign of the composition.
Luís Conceição presents the solo piano recital “Dez Dedos de Conversa”, which is entirely composed of original works of his own. Over twelve works, it is possible to hear various styles and musical colors, namely, jazz, neoclassicism, classical music or world music.
The program includes 32 artistic projects from the municipality of Tavira, in the fields of music, poetry, dance, visual and multidisciplinary arts, 18 cultural associations based in Tavira, around 330 performers, from folklore groups, choral groups and philharmonic bands, as well as other performers and artists in smaller formats and even several itinerancy.
The main objective of the Tavira Primavera D'Artes it is to support the municipality's artistic projects, involving the local artistic community, promote cultural fruition and publicize its vast heritage, enhancing it.
Programming Tavira Primavera d'Artes is included in the regional candidacy of “Algarve – Cultural Programming in Network”, “Bezaranha” project, under the Algarve CRESC Algarve 2020 Operational Programme, 100% financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
