2.6 earthquake recorded in the sea south of Lagos

There are no reports that the earthquake has been felt

An earthquake measuring 2.6 on the Richter scale, whose epicenter was located in the sea, about 16 kilometers south of Lagos, was recorded this Monday, June 28, at 13:26, at the stations of the Mainland Seismic Network, informs the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA).

According to the IPMA, until the preparation of the first communiqué relating to this earthquake, "no information was received confirming that this earthquake had been felt".
