This initiative will give “particular evidence to the exchange of experiences and knowledge around the “Fruit Variety Collection (BGV); “Mediterranean Diet – Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity”; Agricultural Training, Research and Experimentation”; “Sustainable Food Hub”; “Community Gardens“».

The program counts with the participation of Helena Freitas (Faculty of Applied Ecology, University of Coimbra), Rosa Dias (Agriculturist, Quinta da Fornalha), António Marreiros (agricultural engineer, technician of the Regional Directorate of Agriculture and Fisheries), Catarina Cruz (Commission of Regional Coordination and Development of the Algarve), Artur Filipe Gregório (director of the IN Loco Association) and Pedro Valadas Monteiro (Regional Director of Agriculture and Fisheries of the Algarve).
