Citizens by CEAT debate “Healthy and Sustainable Food”

The moderation will be Pedro Santos, nutritionist, trainer and food consultant

The Citizenship Forum, organized by the Citizens movement by CEAT and Urban Gardens of Tavira, has another session scheduled for this Sunday, June 6th, starting at 18 pm, where it will discuss “Healthy and Sustainable Food: what challenges?”.

This initiative will give particular evidence to the exchange of experiences and knowledge around “Food Sustainability”, “Mediterranean Diet”, “Food Identity”, “Sustainable Cities”, “Food Insecurity”, “Climate Change”, “Sociology and History of Food ”, “Local Food Systems”, “Community Gardens”, “Gastronomy”, “Culinary” and “Education for Health”.

Participating in this session will be Noélia Jerónimo (cooking chef), Arlete Rodrigues (Prato Certo – Associação in LOCO), Ana Helena Pinto (nutritionist, Nutrition for Happiness), Maria Manuel Valagão (researcher, consultant, author and coordinator of several publications related to the nature, gastronomy and leisure), Alexandra Santos (“Forgotten Food Festival”, Cooperative QRER), Pedro Graça (nutritionist, Director of the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto) and Teresa Sofia Sancho (coordinator PNPAS Algarve and Nutritionist of the Department of Public Health and Planning of the ARS Algarve)
