Isilda Gomes constituted defendant for improper vaccination

The mayor was responsible for the project of virtual visits between hospitalized patients and families

The president of the Portimão City Council was appointed by suspicions of improper vaccination against covid-19. Isilda Gomes received both doses in January of this year, when she was a volunteer at the field hospital in Portimão Arena.

The mayor was responsible for the project of virtual visits between inpatients and their families, but was never in direct contact with the patients.

At the time, the mayor and the University Hospital Center of the Algarve (CHUA) rejected this as a case of improper vaccination.
