About 300 people participated this morning in the 1st of May parade in Faro, organized by the Union of Union of Unions of the Algarve, with the motto “Fighting for Rights, combating Exploitation”.
The parade, complying with the sanitary norms imposed by the present situation, began at the Municipal Market, around 10:30 am, and ended at the Teatro das Figuras.
With representatives from various unions, the focus of the speeches was the loss of labor rights during the pandemic.
