The municipal company Infralobo is the second best management entity in the country, in the indicator "Unbilled Water", with a ratio of 6,9%, according to the Annual Report on Water and Waste Services in Portugal (RASARP) 2020 published on January 21st of this year.
This figure represents an improvement over the previous year, which was 7,7%, when Infralobo was already the second best management entity at national level.
For the company, the results now released "demonstrate the consistency of the work that has been carried out with the implementation of measures for an efficient management of this resource, not only from a technological point of view, but also in terms of investment in the rehabilitation of the infrastructures where we operate the 5th position at the national level and we are the 1st in the region».
Moreover, the results are also “in line with the Municipal Strategy for Adaptation to Climate Change (EMAAC) of the municipality of Loulé”.
In the first 10 positions of this indicator are the three municipal companies in the municipality of Loulé (Infraquinta, Infralobo and Inframoura).
The report, prepared by the Regulatory Authority for Water Services and Services (ERSAR), assesses the services provided by all entities responsible for the management and supply of water in Portugal for the year 2019.
