Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa was re-elected yesterday for a second term as President of the Republic. This was the first time, since the first presidential elections in 1976, that the most voted candidate has won in every municipality in the country.
In his speech, Marcelo said be aware that this "is anything but a blank check".
