Joana Astolfi is the next guest of the Loulé Design Lab conversation cycle

The Loulé Design Lab Online Conversation Cycle has as its next guest Joana Astolfi, this Thursday, December 10th, at 17 pm, on “Showcases that tell stories”.

In this informal conversation, Joana Astolfi will talk about her journey, her inspirations, her language and the way she works spaces and objects through the intersection of architecture and art.

The conversation focuses on his work creating shop windows for brands such as Hermès, Viúva Lamego and Claus Porto. Astolfi takes us on a visual journey that celebrates the narrative, the craftsmanship, the scenic approach, poetry and the twist conceptual framework that characterizes its shop windows.

Bio Joana Astolfi (Lisbon, 1975), architect, visual artist, collector and voyeur. Astolfi graduated in Architecture in England. He lived and worked for 12 years outside Portugal. In 2009, he sets up Studio Astolfi, a studio dedicated to the rehabilitation of spaces, interior design, window dressing, scenography, creation of artistic installations and the design of author pieces.

Since 2014 he has assumed the position of designer for Hermès windows in Portugal. Its extensive list of clients includes Grupo Avillez, Hermès, Herdade da Comporta, Casa Pau Brasil, Viúva Lamego, Claus Porto, André Ópticas, A Padaria Portuguesa (Author Shop), among many others.
