Quinteto Sull'a Corda interprets the best composers ever at the Olhão Library

In the repertoire are songs by some of the best composers of all times

The Quinteto Sull'a Corda will give a concert this Friday, October 9th, at 21 pm, at the José Mariano Gago Municipal Library, in Olhão. 

Entrance is free and limited to the capacity of the room, in accordance with the guidelines of the General Directorate of Health.

The Quinteto Sull'a Corda brings together five elements from North and South of the country: Pedro Sá and Marta Justino on violin, Elisabete Martins on viola, Bárbara Santos on cello and Bruno Vítor Martins on double bass.

In the repertoire are songs by some of the best composers of all time.

– Mozart – Fun in Bb Major, Op.137;

– Bela Bartòk – Romanian Folk Dances;

– Duke Ellington – Caravan, Sophisticated Lady, It Don't Mean a Thing, Satin Doll, Don't Get Around Much Anymore;

– Gabriel Faure – Pavane;

– JS Bach – Air;

– P. Tchaikovsky – Nutcraker Suite;

– A. Piazzolla – Libertango;

– E. Satie – Gymnopedie.
