The acquisition of 15 plots of land in Vale de Lagar and Cabeço do Mocho, the Local Housing Strategy and the revocation of the Taipas Detailed Plan are some of the issues that will be debated at the 3rd Ordinary Session of 2020 of the Municipal Assembly of Portimão, which is scheduled for the 28th of September, Monday, at 21 pm, in the Municipal Museum Auditorium.
The session begins with a Citizens' Intervention Period, which will have special rules arising from the pandemic, namely face-to-face assistance limited to eight citizens.
This is followed by the Period Before the Agenda and the assessment of the written information presented by the Mayor of Portimão.
The Order of the Day Period will have six points.
The first is the discussion and voting of the proposed acquisition of 15 plots of land, in Vale de Lagar and Cabeço do Mocho, included in the subdivision permit nº 2/2008, issued in the name of UCHALGAR – UCRL Cooperative Housing Promotion.
In the second point, the Local Housing Strategy will be discussed.
The revocation of the Taipas Detail Plan will be the third issue under discussion.
The recruitment of a technical assistant (administrative functional area), under an indefinite employment contract, proposed by the president of the Chamber, will also be voted on, in item four.
In item five, the proposal for disaffection of a parcel of land belonging to the municipal public domain will be discussed and voted on, to the municipal private domain, resulting from the transfer to the Municipality of the rustic building art. 19 of section J, located in Beco das Aroeiras, parish of Alvor.
Finally, in point six, the proposal of the vice president of the Chamber, referring to the promotion of safety, surveillance and rescue – Praia da Rocha – invitation to join the Rocha Rescue Association, will be discussed and voted on.
