The temporary employment company Success Work is making a "strong investment" in prevention measures against Covid-19, through training and awareness actions.
In a press release, Success Work says that, over the past three months, "it has been working intensively on implementing measures to ensure the safety and well-being of its employees and their families, ensuring the commitments made to its customers, minimizing impacts for its employees, customers and partners».
“One of the central pillars of Success Work's strategy has been training, awareness and information. This is undoubtedly the key to the entire strategy. Success Work's priority in the last two months has been to train, train, train, so that all professionals are better prepared, in order to respond to this great challenge», he adds.
Success Work also assumed the commitment not to place any employee at the service of its customers/partners without training on “COVID-19 Prevention Measures”.
According to this company, 500 employees have already received training, in a total of 22 technical actions adapted to the different areas of activity of the company, namely house keeping, table/bar, pantry/kitchen, agriculture and civil construction.
"We also carried out training for the entire Success Work internal structure, namely, the management, administrative, commercial and drivers teams", he adds.
In addition, Success Work made a strong commitment to disseminating information about Covid-19, by posting posters in its branches and transport.
In the specific case of transport, Success Work implemented measures of physical protection, social distance, disinfection and sanitation. The use of a mask is mandatory for all occupants. In addition, when entering the vehicle, body temperature is monitored and hands are sanitized with alcohol gel.
In turn, social distance is guaranteed by limiting the vehicle capacity in accordance with DGS guidelines. At the end of each trip, the interior of the vehicle is also disinfected and cleaned.
In the social field, Success Work delivered around 100 supermarket shopping vouchers to its employees, to "alleviate the difficulties of those who have always been by our side".
