Manuel Heitor, Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education, is received this Monday, June 1st, at the Paços do Concelho de Loulé, by the mayor Vítor Aleixo.
At a working meeting between the minister, municipal representatives and representatives of the ABC – Algarve Biomedical Center, the status of the development of the ABC – Loulé Health and Research Center project will be discussed.
After the meeting, Manuel Heitor, accompanied by the mayor and other members of his team, as well as the president of the ABC, will travel to the land where the Loulé building will be built, on which various projects will be operated in the future. scientific research in the field of biomedical sciences.
This project represents an important investment by the Municipality of Loulé, in partnership with the ABC – Algarve Biomedical Center, «in a clear commitment to improving the health conditions of the population and prestige of the entire Algarve region in the area of innovation and scientific research» .
