Covid-19: There are over 467 repossessed across the country

There are another 467 recoveries from Covid-19 across the country, according to data from the epidemiological bulletin of the Directorate-General for Health (DGS) this Friday, 19 June.

The Algarve, according to DGS, now has an accumulated total, since the beginning of the pandemic, of 480 cases, 32 more than yesterday. This firing of cases is, once again, related to the illegal party of Odiáxere.

Even so, the DGS numbers do not coincide with those that have just been revealed by the regional health delegate, at a press conference. Ana Cristina Guerreiro said that there are 34 new cases since yesterday, so doing a total of 482.

As for the Alentejo, there are 9 more cases, compared to data this Thursday, the 8th. The accumulated total, since the beginning of the pandemic, thus rises to 304 in this region.
 

 
As for the number of cases accumulated across the country, it is now 38.464, 375 more than yesterday.

Across the country, since yesterday, there are three more deaths to be registered: two in the Lisbon and Vale do Tejo region and another in the Centre. The national total is now 1527 deaths, in cumulative numbers.

At the moment, this is the distribution of cases by region, in numbers accumulated since the beginning of the pandemic: North (17.236, plus 28), Lisbon and Vale do Tejo (16.255, plus 284), Center (3955, plus 21), Algarve (480, plus 32), Alentejo (304, plus 9), Azores (143, no new cases), Madeira (91, plus 1)

In the country's hospitals there are, this Thursday, 422 people admitted, 6 more than yesterday, of which 67 in intensive care (the same).

Also according to the epidemiological bulletin, there are 1530 people awaiting laboratory results and there are 29.046 contacts under surveillance by health authorities.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, in Portugal, there have been a total of 359.579 suspected cases, but of these 319.585 were not confirmed.
