The “MyPolis – Citizenship 4.0 Portimão” project, two proposals for the disaffection of parcels of land, the proposal to join the Portuguese Network of Municipalities with a Historic Center, the proposal to recruit an animal handler and the draft regulation for the municipal archive de Portimão will be under discussion and voting at the 4th Extraordinary Session of 2020 of the Municipal Assembly of Portimão, which will take place on June 6, at 21 pm, in the Municipal Museum Auditorium.
The agenda starts with citizen intervention, as usual. But, "for reasons of safety and public health, the attendance of citizens" will be limited to the eight places available, warns João Vieira, president of AM de Portimão, in the notice.
There follows the Period on the Agenda, which will have six points.
The first point is the discussion and voting on the draft of the protocol to be signed between the Municipality and Associação Discurso Paralelo, under the project «MyPolis – Citizenship 4.0 Portimão».
The following is the analysis of the proposed disaffection of a parcel of land from the public domain to the proven domain of the Chamber, for "a subsequent legal transaction in favor of Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Mexilhoeira Grande", followed by the discussion of the disaffection of another parcel of land, located in the Horta da Raminha urbanization, for «further legal transaction in favor of lot 31».
The fourth item on the agenda involves the discussion of the proposal for the Municipality of Portimão to join the Portuguese Network of Municipalities with a Historic Center.
The recruitment proposal to occupy a job in the career of operational assistant, in the area of animal care, hygiene and cleaning, will then be debated and voted on.
Finally, the extraordinary Municipal Assembly of July 6th will debate and vote on the draft regulation of the Municipal Archive of Portimão.
