Four young people, aged between 20 and 25, suspected of robbery with firearms, in Olhão, were arrested, the Judiciary Police (PJ) has just announced.
These robberies, according to the PJ, were «practiced on the public highway, in the city of Olhão, in the months of March and April».
Early in the morning of Thursday, 28 May, a police operation was launched, and the four young people were arrested.
“Several house searches were also carried out in the areas of Olhão and São Brás de Alportel, which allowed the seizure of instruments and proceeds of crime,” says the PJ.
The defendants will be present at the first interrogation for the application of coercive measures.
