Moncarapachense, Louletano B, Ferreiras, Culatrense, Immortal and Lagoa. These are the six teams that will compete in the climb phase that will define the winner of the Algarve District Football Championship, after the end of the regular phase, this Saturday, 7 March. 

In the last round, the 22nd, everything was open in the fight for the top six. In the end, Immortal (5th) and GD Lagoa (6th) won the places in dispute.

This is because all the other teams had already guaranteed their presence in the next phase: Moncarapachense, Louletano B, Ferreiras and Culatrense. But let's get to the results of this round.

The leader Moncarapachense received and beat Lagoa (4-2), while Louletano B, who is in 2nd, thrashed 11 Esperanças by 5-2. With this result, the team Faro, who was always in the first places, ended up dropping to 7th.

As for FC Ferreiras (3rd place) they thrashed Culatrense 4-0. Marco Formosinho's team has been one of the highlights of this championship, but this time they added their second consecutive defeat.

Immortal received the Lusitano from VRSA and won 1-0. The team from Vila Real de Santo António is in last and will compete in the maintenance phase.

Moreover, Lusitano, Quarteira, Silves, Almancilense, Guia and 11 Esperanças are the emblems that will play this phase.

In this last round, Almancilense beat Guia (3-1) and Quarteira and Silves drew XNUMX-XNUMX.
