Session at Palácio Belmarço debates the Strategic Plan for the Culture of Faro

Plan is linked to the application of Faro the European Capital of Culture in 2027

The Strategic Plan for the Culture of Faro will be debated again this Saturday, the 29th, at 15 pm, in the last public session to be held at Palácio Belmarço, in the Algarve capital.

The public debate sessions have been promoted by the Municipality of Faro, together with the team Faro2027, in order to develop the Strategic Plan for the Culture of Faro, that «just like the candidacy for European Capital of Culture, we want it to have a positive impact throughout the county, reflecting the real needs».

Therefore, the Municipality appeals «to the contribution of all, holding what will be the last session of public participation in the scope of the process of diagnosis and consultation for the Strategic Plan for the Culture of Faro».

This session is «a great opportunity to learn about the PeC process, as well as the process of applying for Faro the European Capital of Culture 2027 and the relationship between them».

Registration is free, but mandatory as the number of participants is limited.
