Olhanense received and beat Aljustrelense, from Alentejo, by 2-0, in the 19th round of series D of the Portuguese Football Championship, played this Sunday, 26 January. The Algarve took advantage of Real Massamá's slip to return to the lead.

Bruno Ribeiro's team had lost command of the championship in the last round, but quickly returned to the place that has been theirs almost since the beginning.

Even so, Olhanense had to suffer to beat Aljustrelense, with the goals coming only after 77 and 89 minutes, with an encore from Mohcine Hassan, the son of Hassan Nader, legend of rival Farense.

Louletano, who is in 4th place, three points from the play-off zone, went to 1º de Dezembro to win 1-3, with goals from Rafa Fonseca (14′), Abou Touré (17′) and Pedro Oliveira (64′). The best that 1º de Dezembro managed was to reduce it, still in the first half, to 1-2 (Yuri Castro, at 19′).

Armacenenses moved to Pinhalnovense, the team that is in the top places, and was defeated by 4-1. The Algarve were losing 4-0 when they scored the only goal of honor, by Camará (90+4′).

Esperança de Lagos also had bad luck when traveling to the Lusitano de Évora field. The lacobrigense team lost 3-1, but remains above the waterline. The goal in the Algarve was scored by Jorge Teixeira (85′).

In the next round, the highlight goes to Real Massamá-Olhanense, to be played on Saturday, February 1st, at 19:45, broadcast on Channel 11. The match will pit first and second ranked.

The other Algarve teams will play the following matches: Esperança de Lagos-1º de Dezembro, Louletano-Fabril and Armacenenses-Oriental.
