Loulé hosts, this weekend, December 14th and 15th, another edition of Feira da Serra, an initiative that, this year, leaves Avenida José da Costa Mealha to occupy the buildings of the former warehouses of the Carnival, next to the Convento de Santo Antonio.
«In addition to the works taking place on Avenida José da Costa Mealha, an artery that has hosted the event in recent years, the reasons for this relocation of Feira da Serra are related to the idea of creating a more welcoming space, at a time of year when the weather conditions are unpredictable», explains the Câmara de Loulé.
The show will feature several exhibitors linked to handicrafts and agri-food producers who will bring genuine products from the Algarve mountains to Loulé, as well as handcrafted and on-site work in what could also be an opportunity to purchase an original Christmas gift.
“Even because the variety is immense and the creativity of the artisans is a hallmark of this event”, considers the municipality.
The Fair will take place at the following time: Saturday, the 14th, from 10:00 am to 20:00 pm; Sunday 15th, from 14 pm to 00 pm.
Admission is free.
It should be noted that this is one of the initiatives promoted by the Municipality of Loulé that is part of the Christmas 2019 Entertainment Program.
