French musical “Duel Opus3” spreads humor in Portimão

Play has been presented in 39 countries

The musical show “Duel Opus3”, which brings together French musicians and comedians Nathalie Miravette and Laurent Cirade, will be on stage at TEMPO – Teatro Municipal de Portimão on November 27, at 21 pm.

The presentation of this piece takes place within the scope of French Theater Festival in the Algarve, organized by the Algarve delegation of the Union des Français de l'Étranger (UFE Algarve) association.

“Internationally recognized for their talent, with performances in more than 39 countries, this duo of musician-humourists stars in a domestic musical scene, involving the audience in a moment of good mood”, describe the promoters of the show.

«The play portrays the encounter between a small pianist with fairy fingers – Nathalie Miravette, who knows the colossus of the cello, Laurent Cirade. The duel takes place in a musical encounter between the raw femininity of one and the naughty masculinity of the other, making this score delicious. We witness a real battle of notes and accords where classical, jazz and rock come together revolt on the ropes,” they add.

The musical “Duel Opus3” is the second show of the 2019/20 French Theater Festival, in the Algarve region, and has the support of the Portimão City Council.

Tickets cost 20 euros and are already available to be purchased directly at Teatro TEMPO, FNAC, CTT, ECI, Worten or online, through the website bol.time.pt.
