The 3rd Fartoon - Show of Cartoons by Faro opens this Monday, November 11th, at 18 pm, at the S. Pedro Delegation of the União de Freguesias de Faro (Sé and St. Peter).
The exhibition, which this year has as its theme “Europe and the migration phenomenon”, is organized by the Union of Parishes of Faro and the association Faro 1540.
