Sofia Alves and João de Carvalho, who will interpret the play Porta com Porta, are the headliners of the V Acto Theater Festival, which takes place in Silves, between 9 and 17 November, in various places in the city, such as Teatro Mascarenhas Gregório and the Municipal Library, with free entry.
The festival will have «several activities that include various theatrical genres (such as magazine theater, street theater, children's/youth theater, among others) and workshops», explains the Câmara de Silves, which organizes the event.
Ao Luar Teatro, APEXA, Resmalhar Association, Catarina Bernardino and Marta La Piedad, Penedo Grande Theater Group, Silves Senior Theater Groups, Pêra and Armação de Pêra, II ACTO, Sofia Alves and João de Carvalho and Reflexo Theater are the groups and actors participating in the V Act.
The municipality recalls that «the V Acto Theater Festival enhances the experience of both the audience and the different types of artistic agents involved (actors, directors and dramatists), bringing them closer to other sociocultural contexts and aesthetic experiences, broadening their horizons and increasing their critical spirit».

Entry to the shows is free, but limited to the capacity of the spaces.
Os vouchers Entrance fees for plays scheduled for Teatro Mascarenhas Gregório must be picked up at the venue one hour before each show (no reservation rights).
