Mértola's restaurants present menus tailored to the Gastronomic Hunting Week

All participating restaurants have a label that identifies them

Partridge bread, hare with white beans, stewed wild boar and deer and rabbit steaks. These are some of the dishes that you can eat at 15 restaurants in the municipality of Mértola, from the 19th to the 27th of October, in another Gastronomic Hunting Week. 

This is an initiative that precedes the Mértola Hunting Fair and aims to encourage the consumption of a high quality local product.

Consuming game is one of the most sustainable ways to eat meat raised in the wild, with less saturated fat and cholesterol and, for this reason, it is better for the body.
