Raçudo Louletano does not prevent elimination from the Portuguese Cup

Algarvians were losing, managed to draw, but ended up eliminated

Louletano lost today, Saturday, against Paços de Ferreira by 2-1, in a game counting for the Cup of Portugal, played at Estádio Algarve. Loulé's team, which participates in the Portuguese Championship, gave a lot of fight to the prima-divisional emblem, but ended up losing the match at a time when they were already thinking about the penalty shoot-out.

Paços de Ferreira took the lead in the 20th minute, through Hélder, after an early game marked by balance.

Louletano responded about fifteen minutes later. At 34 minutes, Érico took advantage of the confusion that was generated in the pacence area to shoot the count.

The 90 minutes ended without the result changing, forcing extra time.

In extra time, Paços de Ferreira had more ball and was getting close to the opposing goal and was very close to scoring, but Loulé's team hadn't given up on trying for the second either.

The score would only change again in the second half of extra time. After 109 minutes, Dadashov scored, with the heel, and once again put the visiting team ahead.

The result remained until the end, dictating the removal of Louletano from the Cup of Portugal.
