Europe Direct and ARS bring short film and debate on health to Guia's FNAC

The initiative is part of the Education Week and Environmental Volunteer Initiatives (SEIVA)

A screening of the short film “Loner” and a debate on the pros and cons of digital for health will take place this Sunday, September 29, from 16 pm, at FNAC do Algarve Shopping, in Guia (Albufeira).

In addition to the Europe Direct/Commission for Coordination and Regional Development of the Algarve, the presence of Paula Vaz (Portuguese Environment Agency – Administration of the Hydrographic Region of the Algarve), Paula Cunha (Local Support Center for the Integration of Migrants in Albufeira) and Marta Chaves (coordinator of the Regional Health Action Network for Children and Youth at Risk of the Algarve Regional Health Administration).

Also participating will be Pedro Teigão (family doctor at the Quarteira Family Health Unit and member of the Family Therapy Unit) and Marta Teixeira (Social Worker at the Community Care Unit of Faro and member of the Family Care Unit).

The moderation will be the doctor Paula Gregório.

The challenges of the digital age – and the implications for health – will be the themes on the table in this initiative that is part of the Education Week and Environmental Volunteer Initiatives (SEIVA).
