Students from João de Deus Secondary School promote debate with candidates for the Legislative

Debate will be inclusive and will have sign language translation

The 12th year class of the professional course in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising at Escola Secundária João de Deus, in Faro, will promote a debate, next Tuesday, October 1st, with candidates from 8 of the parties running for Legislative Elections. The debate is scheduled for 10:30 am, in the school auditorium.

CDU, Aliança, PSD, PS, PCTP/MRPP, BE, CDS-PP and PAN were the parties that confirmed their presence in this debate.

According to the João de Deus Schools Group, “a model of an inclusive session was conceived, including students from different areas, as well as deaf students from secondary education”.

The debate will be moderated by three pivot-students, and there will also be two Portuguese sign language translators. More than 200 students are expected to attend the debate.
