A concert by Valas, stand up comedy, with Giletes d'Aço or another edition of “Bandas no Quintal” are highlights of the Youth Week, which takes place from 18 to 25 August, in Monchique.
It all starts on the 18th, with a concert by Murta, at 21 pm, and by Valas, at 00:22 pm, at Parque de São Sebastião.
For the following day, a stand up comedy session is scheduled, at 21 pm, with Giletes d'Aço, in Largo dos Chorões.
On the 21st, another “BMX Water Jump Summer Session 2019” will take place. It will be at 16 pm, at the Municipal Swimming Pools, and promises an «afternoon full of adrenaline and emotion», says Monchique City Council.
On the 22nd, from 20:30, the mountain bike tour “Monchique ao Luar” will take place. The concentration will be at 20:00, at Largo dos Chorões.
The next initiative will be on the 24th, with “Bandas no Quintal”, at 17 pm, at Quinta da Junta de Freguesia, and at midnight, at Barlefante. The organization belongs to the Postigo association.
It all ends with the “VilaPalco” initiative, on the 23rd, 24th and 25th of August.
