10 new modules and as many containers were purchased by the Vila do Bispo Council and handed over to the Salema fishermen, to improve their working conditions.
The modules and containers, which are intended for the collection of fishing gear, will thus contribute «to improve the working conditions of professionals in that sector», says the Vila do Bispo Chamber.
After signing the respective cession contracts for the use of the prefabricated modules and containers, on July 25th, the nine Salema fishermen received their keys from the hands of Adelino Soares, president of the Chamber.
The investment was close to 99 thousand euros.
