Government invests 413 euros in dredging at Porto de Lagos

The volume of sediment to be dredged is 79 thousand cubic meters

The Government will proceed with dredging, in the Port of Lagos, in an investment of 413 thousand euros. 

In a note, released this Monday, July 8, the Ministry of the Sea says that the public tender was opened "last June".

The volume of sediment to be dredged is 79 cubic meters, with a «deadline for execution of three months».

The dredging, at Porto de Lagos, is part of a set of four interventions, announced by the Government, which will also take place in Peniche, Vila do Conde and Póvoa de Varzim.

The total investment is 2 million euros.
