The Inter-Vivos futsal team, from Alcoutim, won, this Sunday, June 23, for the second time, the “Gafanha Cup” Tournament, beating Beira-Mar 4-0 in the final.
The semi-final match, which Inter-Vivos won 3-2, was played with the CAD team (Clube Académico de Desportos, from Póvoa de Santa Iria).
The team is formed by Sérgio Gil (GR), Miguel Palma (GR), Sérgio Silva, Francisco Monteiro, Cristiano Cavaco, Lucas Mateus, Nuno Gonçalo, Ricardo Silva, André Palma, Filipe Martins, Lucas Bastos, Lucas Mestre and Guilherme Conceição trained by André Martins, has as assistant coach José Miguel Palma.
Wilson Silva is the goalkeeper coach and Wilson Rodrigues the physiotherapist.
«We left this tournament with a feeling of accomplishment and a lot of pride, in which we dignify the colors of the Association and the values that the institution promotes and Futsal in our region», stated coach André Martins.
Gafanha Cup is a tournament organized by the children's football, futsal, basketball and athletics sections of the Grupo Desportivo da Gafanha and took place in the Sports Complex and in the two Pavilions of Gafanha da Nazaré.
