The Parish Union of Faro and the Glocal movementFaro will join forces to promote an action to raise awareness of the importance of trees in urban areas, tomorrow, June 5th, World Environment Day, at 18:30 pm, at João de Deus Secondary School, in the Algarve capital.
With this initiative, the two entities intend to draw attention to the importance of trees, «at a time when their role is essential in combating and adapting to climate change, which is felt very seriously and strongly in the Algarve and in the country. ».
