Success Work, a temporary work company, is looking for 1000 new employees for the hotel sector and will carry out a roadshow during the month of June, in Olhão, Albufeira, Faro and Portimão.
As part of the recruitment and selection process recommended for the Roadshow, all applications received will be analyzed by technicians specialized in human resources. After a prior screening of all applications, the respective job interviews will be scheduled.
Depending on the candidate's profile, a training plan will be drawn up by the SW Academy, which will include classroom training and training on-job, with the permanent monitoring of trainers specialized in the hospitality sector, which will allow the full integration of the employee into the labor market through SW.
SW Academy is a project that was launched in 2018, as part of the innovation strategy advocated by the company's Administration, which takes into account the difficulty of the hotel sector in hiring qualified employees.
With a year of existence, SW Academy «has been a project very well accepted by SW customers, as it guarantees a better integration of employees in the workplace, and consequently, the provision of a superior quality service».
