The “Fit Day”, an event that will dedicate an entire day to sport, takes place on the 9th of June, from 8:00 am, at the António Nobre Football Field, in Odeceixe (Aljezur).
With a solidary aspect, this project donates all the value raised to support two social causes: Associação Oncológica do Algarve and the FICA project – inclusive holidays for the Algarve community, by Associação Teia D'Impulsos.
The day starts with a warm-up, followed by a zumba class.
A mountain bike ride is also planned, with support from the BTT Pedal'Air association, with about 25 kilometers and a between and walking with courses of 5 and 10 kilometers.
At 13:00 a lunch will take place at the headquarters of Grupo Desportivo Odeceixense, followed by demonstrations of various activities, karate, hip hop and functional training.
At 17:00 there will be a musical moment.
Fit Day is also the result of a set of partnerships with various entities, companies and associations.
