It promises to be a «legendary night», spent by the sea, where there will be no shortage of entertainment. The “Black & White” party takes place on the 15th of June, in Carvoeiro, in the municipality of Lagoa.
According to the Câmara de Lagoa, «30 people» are expected, dressed, of course, in «black and white».
The program for this 6th edition of Black & White starts at 20:30 pm, with the fado singer Raquel Peters. «His melodious and vibrant voice promises to enchant the terraces of Largo da Praia do Carvoeiro», says the municipality.
Shortly after, at 20:40, percussionist Vasco Ramalho “will start to spread the sounds of his marimba in a unique spectacle”.
After 21 pm, the Estrada do Farol will be the setting for different performances, among which aerial dance stands out.
Between 21:20 pm and 23:10 pm, the duo The Bossa Alibi will offer a “jazz lounge” based on songs from the 50s and 60s, and in particular on Bossa Nova.
From 21:50 pm, at the Anfiteatro do Carvoeiro, “The Piano Man Band” promises to delight the public with timeless covers.
At 21:50 pm, The Bottles will sing hits from the “Beatles”.
After 22:00, the most danceable hits of the 70s, 80s and 90s will arrive, selected by Dj Mark Guedes, responsible for the weekly program "Flash Dance" on the M80.
At midnight, on the sandy beach, there will also be a fireworks show synchronized with epic music.
From 00:00 until 03:00, Carvoeiro beach will become a huge dance floor. In this Black &Wite edition, DJ Deelight presents the best hits of “pop house”. Throughout the night will have the collaboration of MC Landu Bi. A futuristic setting will also be highlighted, which will serve as a booth for the DJ, a scenic structure to be set up for the first time in the Algarve.
Access to Black & White is free. Between 21:00 pm and 00:00 am, children will have a space where they can make face paintings in black and white or simply have fun.
As in recent editions, the Municipality of Lagoa, organizer of the event, will maintain the regular line of free buses that connect Carvoeiro to the various car parks planned in Lagoa: Fatacil, Intermarché, Apolónia, Aldi and Gramital areas (land that is located in front of Aldi).
The opening hours of the bus line will be maintained, that is, there will be return buses without interruption between 18:00 and 04:00.
