Six inmates from the Olhão Prison are carrying out cleaning, maintenance and repair work on equipment in public spaces in Fuzeta and Ilha da Armona, until the 10th of May.
The initiative, which began on April 1st, is carried out under the collaboration protocol between the General Directorate of Prison Services Reinsertion (Establishment Prison of Olhão) and the Municipality of Olhão
The works will take place in the Union of Parishes of Moncarapacho and Fuzeta and in Ilha da Armona.
The interventions are programmed and monitored by the Maintenance, Environment and Energy Division, and in the field the inmates are guided by technicians from the Municipality.
