Work by Mário Laginha has world premiere at the International Piano Festival in Loulé

World premiere will feature the participation of the Matosinhos String Quartet

Composer Mário Laginha, used to jazz compositions, will make the world premiere of his most recent work written for piano and string orchestra, at the Algarve International Piano Festival, scheduled for April 18, at 21 pm, at Cine-Teatro Louletano.

The piece by this composer and pianist with strong links to Loulé was commissioned by Maestro Armando Mota. Its world premiere will feature the participation of the Matosinhos String Quartet.

Tickets for the Festival concert supported by 365Algarve cost 12 euros or 10 euros for adults over 65 and under 30, with an applicable Friend Card.
