Workshop was given by undergraduate students in Physiotherapy

4th-year students at the Pontal School Center (Portimão) learned more about Human Anatomy from university students in Physiotherapy at the Instituto Piaget de Silves.

This workshop served for 1st cycle students to consolidate «the theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom, through the presentation and manipulation of anatomical pieces», explains the Piaget Institute.

In this sense “a general approach to the human skeleton was carried out, and then the students divided into small groups, exploring different stations with different anatomical parts of the skeletal, joint, muscular, nervous and organ systems”.

"This activity, which was repeated for the sixth consecutive year, constitutes a moment of learning, both for 1st cycle students and for higher education students, who have the opportunity to transfer knowledge and improve communication skills, essential for professionals of Health”, concludes Piaget.
