Carnival revelry in Lagoa revolves around inclusion

As in previous editions of Carnival, access is free on three days

“Inclusive City” is the inspiring theme of the Lagoa Carnival processions that take place on 3, 5 and 6 March.

«The Lagoa parades, which deserve to be highlighted in the region's Carnival programs, are organized by local authorities and guarantee great entertainment in three centers in the county, during the three days», says the City Council.

On the 3rd of March, the revelry takes place, from 15 pm, in Mexilhoeira da Carregação. On the 00th, the party takes place at the Carlos do Carmo Auditorium, in Lagoa, also from 5 pm.

Finally, the next day, the fun moves to Largo Rainha D. Leonor, in Ferragudo, at 21 pm.

«Hundreds of revelers and masked people on their own or associated with the floats, which represent the municipality's emblematic associations, promise afternoons of great joy and good spirits», says the Câmara de Lagoa.

As in previous editions of Carnival, access is free for three days.
