Tickets for the Festival da Canção final are already sold out

Conan Osiris, Matay, Ana Cláudia and Calema are already qualified for the final

Tickets for the Grand Final of the 53rd edition of the Festival da Canção da RTP, scheduled for March 2, at Portimão Arena, sold out this Tuesday morning, February 19. In four days, the more than 1000 places offered for sale were sold.

«This way, the “full” house is guaranteed, in a unique show and for which the first four finalists are already known: Matay, Conan Osiris, Calema and Ana Cláudia», highlights the Portimão Chamber.

The show starts at 21:00 pm, with the opening of the doors at 19:30 pm. After 20:30 pm, the public will not be allowed to enter the room in order to ensure television transmission. Minimum age to attend is 6 years.

This Saturday, February 23, from 21 pm, the second semifinal will take place at RTP studios, in Lisbon, and will be broadcast on RTP00, RTP Internacional and RTP África, presented by Jorge Gabriel and Carlos Malato.

Lara Laquiz, Dan Riverman, Mariana Bragada, João Couto, Madrepaz, Surma, Mila Dores and NBC are the candidates who will try to secure passage to the final in Portimão, which will be conducted by presenters Filomena Cautela, Inês Lopes Gonçalves and Vasco Palmeirim.

The song chosen in Portimão will represent Portugal in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 (Eurovision Song Contest), which will take place on the 14th, 16th and 18th of May, in Tel Aviv, Israel.

The candidate songs are already available in full on Song Festival Youtube and in various digital music distribution platforms.
