Águas do Algarve launches tender worth over one hundred million euros

Procedure aims to acquire Operation and Maintenance services of the Algarve Multi-municipal Sanitation System

Águas do Algarve launched an international public tender worth over one hundred million euros for the acquisition of Operation and Maintenance services for the Algarve's Multi-municipal Sanitation System.

The procedure concerns the Wastewater Sanitation Subsystems of the Nascent Zone, Almargem WWTP and WWTP of Faro Northwest (lot 1) and the Wastewater Sanitation Subsystems of the West Zone, Lagos WWTP and Albufeira Poente WWTP (lot 2).

The base price of the tender is 107,4 million euros and the contract will be valid for 84 months.

Interested parties have 60 days from the date of publication of the competition, 20 February, to submit proposals.

All necessary documents are available online at Electronic Public Procurement Platform (AcinGov) and on the website of Algarve waters.
