Napoleão Mira launches new book accompanied by Grafonola Voadora

The book launch will also have music, poetry and good conversation

The book “Olhares – Reports from India”, the most recent “literary offspring” of the poet, performer and tourism man Napoleão Mira, will be released this Friday, February 1st, at 18:30 pm, at the Municipal Library of Lagoa.

The musicians from Grafonola Voadora will be launching a book that the author claims to have written «with great passion», who «are keen to make this presentation a defining moment in Lagoon life», explains Napoleão Mira.

Grafonola Voadora & Napoleão Mira is an experimental audiovisual project that brings together on stage musician Luís Galrito, visual artist João Espada, guitarist Ricardo Martins and writer, poet and interpreter Napoleão Mira.

There will be music, poems and lots of conversation about this book resulting from Napoleon Mira's two long journeys through India.

Next Friday, February 1st at 18.30 pm I will be in Lagoa to present my latest literary offspring: OLHARES – Reports from India. I will be accompanied by excellent musicians (Grafonola Voadora and Ricardo Martins) who are keen to make this one presentation, a defining moment in the life of Lagos.Até there!
