The outpatient wing of the Hospital de São Camilo, in Portimão, is inaugurated on February 2, at 14:30 pm.
The Hospital de São Camilo is the successor of the Hospital da Misericórdia of Portimão, «whose facilities also served the community of Portimão and the entire Barlavento Algarve through the District Hospital of Portimão», wanting to «honor that heritage».
To fulfill this objective, «we have been investing in the reorganization and improvement of spaces, equipment and human resources, always bearing in mind our patron saint, an example of valuing, respecting, dignifying and humanizing patient care», says the Hospital de São Camilo, which is part of the HPA Saúde Group.
