The “History of Medicine” will be the topic of conversation in another edition of “Café com Letras”, which will take place on February 1st, at 18 pm, at the FNAC store at Fórum Algarve.
The Regional Directorate of Culture of the Algarve, the University of Algarve Library and the FNAC came together again in 2019 to promote these informal conversations, which have had «great support from the public».
This time, the guests are Daniel Cartucho (doctor) – UAlg/CHUA and Patrícia de Jesus Palma (researcher) – CHAM/UNL to talk about medicine.
«This year, we celebrate 40 years of the presence of the University and the Hospital in Faro, such as 40 years of the National Health Service and 10 years of the Integrated Masters in Medicine. Knowing the importance, for the development of a society and region, of the implementation of this type of institutions, we invite you to come to dialogue with the interlocutors who, in their daily lives, professionally live with these realities", according to the Regional Director of Culture of the Algarve.
