Ewerton is no longer a player for Portimonense. The Brazilian, who belongs to FC Porto, was loaned by the dragons to the Japanese team Urawa Reds.

The transfer of the midfielder was confirmed this Saturday, January 12, by the Japanese emblem with a message on social media.

Ewerton went purchased, at the beginning of this season, by FC Porto from Portimonense. Even so, the midfielder failed to assert himself in Sérgio Conceição's team and returned, still in the pre-season, to the Algarve team, on loan.

The player has been one of the pillars of Portimonense in recent years. He was part of the team that won the II Liga and has a total of 171 games for the Algarve, with 15 goals scored.

At Urawa Reds, Ewerton, who played the last game for Portimonense against Sporting de Braga (1-1), will be a teammate of Fabrício, also a former player of the Algarve.
