“Chords in the Village” take JP Simões, Frankie Chavez and Vítor Bacalhau to Santo Estêvão

New cycle is part of the winter schedule

The cycle “Acordes na Aldeia” is a novelty in the program of the Casa do Povo of Santo Estêvão (CPSE), starts on the 26th of January and will bring names like JP Simões, Frankie Chavez and Vítor Bacalhau to that location in the municipality of Tavira.

An opportunity to continue the programming we do in Autumn and Spring, maintain regularity, consistency and quality and bring some old friends, who have already passed away. by Casa, to present their new projects in our village», says the CPSE.

In this first edition, the guest musicians have in common their preference for the guitar, an instrument that they do not do without.

The program starts on the 26th of January, at 22 pm, with JP Simões, accompanied by Miguel Nicolau dos Memória de Peixe, to present his latest work “BLOOM”.

The Algarvian Vítor Bacalhau, guitar virtuoso, performs on February 9th, at 22 pm, at the Casa do Povo of Santo Estêvão, with his trio formation and will make known the old and new songs to be edited later this year.

Frankie will interpret themes from her previous works, “Family Tree”, from 2011, “Heart & Spine”, from 2014 and “Double or Nothing” in the final stretch of 2017.
