The book “O Tempo a Conta-Gotas”, by Fábio Nobre from Quarteirense, is presented this Thursday, November 15, at 21 pm, at the Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen Municipal Library, in Loulé.

“Sometimes the pain of a loss is so immeasurable that the only possible escape is a kind of madness. In this work, through the narrator's eyes, we follow the whole story of a life, with a passage through the Overseas War, to understand how existence can leave us full of memories and scars. Set almost entirely in Quarteira, the plot is a journey to the most hidden part of what we have, in a deeply psychological and philosophical narrative», says Câmara de Loulé.

Fábio Nobre, residing in Quarteira, with a degree in Communication Sciences from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and a Masters in Literary and Artistic Studies, Literature, from the University of Algarve, presents us his third work.

A businessman by profession, the young author is also a municipal deputy in the municipality of Loulé and president of the Akredita em Ti Youth Association, headquartered in Bairro da Abelheira, in Quarteira. There is a YouTube channel, with two other friends, entitled “Improvable Content”.

For the session, the author will have the presence of Tápê to read some passages from the work.

Admission is free for this “Open Books” session.
