The Mar Shopping Algarve, located in Loulé, was distinguished as the best space for Commerce and Services, in the real estate category, at the Construir awards, whose awards were delivered this Tuesday, 20 November, at the Cine-Teatro Capitólio, in Lisbon .
These awards distinguished the best companies and works in the areas of architecture, engineering, construction and real estate this year.
The Mar Shopping Algarve is characterized by being the first project in the country that combines a shopping centre, an outlet and an outdoor leisure area with around 8000 square meters.
In the race for the prize at the Construir 2018 Awards, the infrastructure surpassed Évora Plaza.
"This successful initiative, which is being carried out for the 11th consecutive year, is the result of a vast team work that involves not only the professionals and the staff of Jornal Construir, but above all highlights the merit of the sector and the excellence of the professionals who make up the same. Only in this way is it possible for the Construir Awards to be the reference that they are and that obliges us to be better to continue making this initiative possible», says Ricardo Batista, editorial director of the newspaper Construir.
